Our Marketing Consultant is Selina Gates.

Four1One Marketing was created and is operated by Selina Gates, Principal Consultant. Selina has over 12 years experience working in public, employee, shareholder and community relations for some of the country’s largest companies including Wesfarmers, Alinta, INPEX and Cape Australia. In addition to this, she has also spent time as a consultant, offering advice to a number of high profile WA companies.

Selina brings to Four1One Marketing a broad range of public relations and communications experience, with particular expertise in providing strategic public relations and corporate communications advice. She has also developed a vast network within the industry and within supporting industries (print and electronic media, printing, design etc).

One of her career highlights was when she joined Alinta to be a key member of the team responsible for the successful listing of Alinta on the Australian Stock Exchange.  The offer closed heavily oversubscribed and more than 140,000 Western Australians owned shares in Alinta.

In 2007 she joined international oil and gas exploration company INPEX.  One key project involved her preparing all exhibition and display material for their attendance at the Australian Petroleum Production & Exploration Association (APPEA) conference in 2007 and 2008.

However, her proudest moment was in 1997 when her career was just beginning.  She competed against five other Edith Cowan and Curtin University students to become the first Edith Cowan University graduate to win the Public Relations Student of the Year Award.

Over her career, she has been involved in developing communication and marketing strategies for customers, employees, shareholders and the community.

She is passionate about marketing and working with small businesses.
